Meet “JB” Judi Bloomfield

I love planning weddings! As owner of Sedona Luxury Weddings & Events since 1999, it has been my joy and pleasure to play a part in the design and planning the most important day in a bride’s life. And my many years in hotel sales and hospitality services prepared me perfectly for this most rewarding career.

My motivation for making sure your wedding is absolutely perfect comes from my own experience as a bride on my wedding day. I was constantly overseeing vendors and other people with last minute details. All the pictures the photographer took were of my new husband and other guests. “Where’s the bride?” people would ask when they saw our album. I felt overwhelmed and frustrated most of the day. I wanted everything perfect for my dream wedding. I just should not have been the person trying to make sure it was.

Our team of fantastic professionals at Sedona’s Luxury Weddings & Events takes all you worries away. We have designed themed weddings and worked with couples of different faiths and cultures from across the United States and the world. Our weddings have ranged from intimate and simple, elegant and whimsical, to lavish and boisterous… in beautiful private settings to elaborate overseas venues. Whatever you can dream, we can create!

From your very first conversation with me, I listen carefully and spend the time it takes to get to know you. Then together we plan your wedding day and make dreams come true in a seamless choreography, down to the last detail. My team and I are totally committed to unfolding every magic moment flawlessly so that you, the bride, can enjoy the time of your life! Kelli M. Erickson, Director of Operations. Kelli is our talented Director of Operations with Sedona Luxury Weddings & Events. Kelli holds a PhD in organizational development psychology and served as a Consultant/Instructor for the University of California, Davis (UCD) for 18 years. With her excellent planning and organizational skills, fun loving attitude and attention to details, she keeps us laser focused and on track for all our weddings and events.

Megan Eppers, Designer. After designing the wedding of her dreams with JB, and having it published on the Fall 2011 cover of Destination I Do, Megan pursued wedding design not only as a passion, but as a career. An Art History graduate from Arizona State University, she loves all things artistic, especially interior design. With excellent communication skills as well, Megan has most recently worked as a Regional Account Executive dealing with a wide range of corporate clientele and accounts.

Alisha Koborg, Designer. Sedona Luxury Weddings is pleased to announce a new partnership with Alisha Koborg, creative director of Dalish Designs. Alisha, who grew up in Sedona, brings a wealth of design experience and a fresh perspective to Sedona Luxury Weddings, sure to enhance your overall wedding experience. Sedona Luxury Weddings only offers the finest services to our clients and Alisha is an example of that. She comes with many accolades, most recently a feature in the May 2011 edition of BRIDES magazine.

Donald “Mac” McClelland, Wedding Assistant. Mac helps coordinate onsite wedding activities. His organizational skills and attention to event details in resort hospitality have prepared him well to work in the luxury wedding industry. Mac hails from Chicago where he was a clinical psychologist and director of a community mental health center. Upon moving to Sedona he returned to the food, beverage and hosptality industry serving as a fine dining server, maitre d, host, restaurant supervisor and concierge.When not assisting JB with Luxury Weddings he is an avid hiker.
